Kristen Fields is a creative producer, actor, and consultant building stories across audio, film, and television.

As a creative producer, she leads strategy for Financial Feminist, a top-100 global podcast with 34M+ downloads. She's built content ecosystems that generate real business impact –– $2M+ in partnership revenue, 230% YouTube growth, 60% Instagram growth –– while managing cross-functional teams and producing 300+ episodes across business and fiction podcasts. Through her production company, Knuckledragger Studios, she develops original IP and provides creative services across podcasts, film, and TV.

As a consultant, she helps companies turn content into revenue-driving assets. She specializes in IP development, multi-channel strategy, podcast production, and partnership monetization –– bringing 15 years of marketing and communications experience to clients who need someone who understands both the creative and business sides of media.

On the audio front, she plays Kit Greenville in Longtime, First Time – an original fiction podcast she also executive-produced, which hit #59 on Apple charts and earned an Apple Podcasts editorial feature within five episodes. Other recent credits include Carolina Caroline, Everyday (is a Comedy Show), and the upcoming What Departs with Us. She trains with 4th Wall Acting Studio in Nashville and has worked with Street Theatre Company, StudioTenn, Music City Theatre Co, and CBS Sports Digital.
